Formax FD 262 Mailpiece Tab Sealer

Apply adhesive tabs to folded mailpieces with less handwork. The FD 262 folds and seals each tab around an open edge as the piece passes through rollers.

Process up to 12,000 pieces per hour for 8.5-inch tri-folds, with media up to 17 inches wide and 5/32 inch thick. A bottom feeder supports continuous operation, and a waste take-up spool collects backing. Controls include a five-digit resettable counter and tab-sensitivity adjustment.

Use translucent, paper, or clear tabs up to 1.5 inches in diameter. Pieces can be fed in different directions to place tabs where needed. The optional FD 282-30 3-foot conveyor stacks output in sequence and offers speeds from 0 to 124 feet per minute. Designed for USPS tabbing applications.
