Formax 7500 Production Envelope & Flat-Mail Folder-Inserter

Bring high-volume folding and inserting into one production workflow. The Formax 7500 supports up to 11 feed stations, processes up to 6,000 envelopes per hour, and handles up to 300,000 finished pieces per month.

Fold up to eight sheets at once and insert sets of up to 72 pages, up to 10 mm thick. The hopper holds up to 800 #10 envelopes or 500 landscape flats. A color touchscreen supports document editing while creating jobs, with unlimited saved jobs. Standard equipment includes a 4-foot output conveyor, a 300-sheet accumulator/divert deck, and movable cabinets.

A Tower Feeder with twin scanners reads codes face-up or face-down, including 1- and 2-track OMR, 1D barcodes, and 2D Data Matrix. Infrared and electromechanical double-document detection help keep envelope contents correct. Optional high-capacity feeders are available with or without code-reading capability and handle media including glossy booklets, DVDs, and small inserts up to 6 mm thick.
